Lots of changes in uptime so quickly. Here’s the latest:
Node 3 – OSHS
Uptime last 14 days – 100.00% (No Change)Storage will not be upgraded. Available to donors only.
Node 7 – HighLayer
Uptime last 14 days – 99.77% (Up 2.04%)No current issues. Not open to new accounts.
Node 5 – Addora
Uptime last 14 days – 99.69% (Down 0.31%)cPanel license error resolved.
Node 2 – Felweb
Uptime last 14 days – 99.46% (Down 0.54%)Uptime tracking now back online.
Node 1 – SmokyHosts
Uptime last 14 days – 98.66% (Up 0.58%)No current issues.
Node 6 – Nixism
Uptime last 14 days – 96.82% (Down 0.51%)No current issues.
I’ve just been talking with the administration of Node 6, and it appears no move has actually been completed yet at this time. Conditions are expected to improve once they are migrated to the new datacenter, however no date has yet been set at this time.

Node 1 – SmokyHosts
Uptime last 14 days – 98.08% (Down 0.08%)No current issues.
Node 7 – HighLayer
Uptime last 14 days – 97.73% (Down 2.27%)No current issues. Not open to new accounts.
Node 6 – Nixism
Uptime last 14 days – 97.33% (Down 1.08%)No current issues.
It looks like Node 7 and Node 5 have switched places in reliability. Node 7, managed by Highlayer, experienced it’s third ever downtime on September 9th, a painful 72.53% uptime for the day. Meanwhile, it does appear Addora has much improved their quality of service, and now ranks among our top providers.
Nixism, the company behind Node 6 has been going through a management shift recently, which has resulted in inconsistent server management during the transition period, as well as downtime as servers were moved to a new datacenter in Los Angeles. Sameer Antucket, their CEO has said on September 8th:
This is actually Nixism Web Hosting, and we apologize for the delay. We are in an ongoing move of management, but in a few days time, expect a lot of better things here at Nixism!
Uptime for the last 3 days has been a consistent 100.00%. Let’s hope it stays that way!

Server upload speed test results are in. All servers were tested with a download task of 4 100mb files at random times to find the average download speed. The results are listed below in order from fastest servers to slowest.
