Node 1 Reclaimed March 17, 2011

Here’s just a quick preview of the awesome new tool that will be also available to all our partners. As a partner you would be able to take advantage of all our tools for managing your web host. Here’s a view of Node 1 after I cleaned out some accounts. (I forgot to take a screenshot before.)

Together the 5 accounts I cleared were roughly 66% of the full server usage, and none of them have transfered to 4.0. With just a number of megabytes like you get with WHM, it’s difficult to tell exactly how large of a problem something like this is.

ilumaail
irgigfo
wogtc
irgigtea

Another unique feature is being able to see what accounts have different statuses directly in the view. In this case, I show green as active accounts, orange as accounts which are either suspended, deleted, or similar, and red are accounts that don’t have a database entry (in this case because they haven’t moved over to 4.0).

Node 1 is now back open for new accounts, with plenty of space to go around. In the future I plan to maintain Node 1 to be less than 90% full, giving a huge buffer to prevent any problems that have been occurring with being out of storage.
